Pay & display machines have been vandalised on the Isle of Skye.

Four payment machines were attacked at the new Quiraing visitor car park, which iis managed by The Highland Council on behalf of Scottish Government Rural Payments & Inspections Directorate (SGRPID).

The attack took place between 2am and 3am on 20 March.

Skye and Raasay area committee chair, Cllr John Finlayson said: “Income from the car park is reinvested by SGRPID into the significant path infrastructure...
