James Nutter has been appointed rail manager at Metro, the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive. He takes over from John Oxley, who is retiring. Nutter is currently transport programme manager at Yorkshire Forward, the Yorkshire and Humberside regional development agency, and will start in his new post on 17 August.
