Former Transport Secretary Mark Harper has been named among the the 36 people in former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s honours list. Harper was Transport Secretary from 2022 to 2024. He was MP for Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire from 2005 until his defeat in the 2024 General Election. Others named in Sunak’s honours list include Michael Gove, whose posts included Levelling Up and Communities Secretary.
