Clyde NHS board ends free parking

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Scotland’s largest health board, has decided to end the provision of free spaces as part of a review of its parking arrangements.

The provision of free parking was leading to widespread abuse across 10 sites with a total of 7,000 spaces. Following a consultation, a contract to manage parking was awarded to CP Plus.
