Glasgow enforcement team to follow car parks into LLP-land

Glasgow City Council is set to turn its in-house parking enforcement operation into a limited liability partnership (LLP) to make it a more viable operation. Last year it created City Parking (Glasgow), a wholly council-owned venture, to manage its off-street car parks (PR July 2007).
