FirstGroup has announced the appointment of former London Underground MD Tim O'Toole as chief operating officer and deputy chief executive of the group from next Monday (June 14).
In a separate move the group has also announced the departure of UK Bus, Ireland and Germany director Nicola Shaw after five years with the group.
