A simple solution to the ever increasing problem of traffic congestion seems to have manifested itself recently: the World Cup. According to telematics firm Cybit, commercial vehicle usage was cut in half prior to the start of the recent England vs Slovenia match. So instead of expensive congestion charging mechanisms, we just need to get the England team playing every day.
