After 21 years at the helm of FirstGroup and its predecessor companies, Sir Moir Lockhead has announced that he will retire. He will be succeeded at the end of next month by former Tube boss Tim O'Toole, who joined the board of the Aberdeen-based group as a non executive director in May 2009, before his appointment as deputy chief executive in June 2010.
