I was interested to read your interview with councillor Chris Greaves, chair of the West Yorkshire Integrated Transport Authority, in the article on bus Quality Contracts.
For an elected politician who speaks so confidently about bus policy, why doesn’t he know more about “the London model”? He appears to like every aspect except its cost and too many “empty buses” in Kings Cross and Oxford Street.
