Leading economist and infrastructure expert Bridget Rosewell has joined Network Rail’s board in a non-executive capacity and will chair the policy and performance committee.
She and takes up the non-executive seat on the board vacated by David Higgins, who has become chief executive.
Rosewell was a founder of Oxford Economic Research Associates (OXERA) and previously worked as economics adviser to lord chancellor Kenneth Clarke.
