Extra station spaces could generate £38m, says McNulty

The creation of an additional 10,000 parking spaces on the UK rail network could generate another £38m over the next five years, recommends a report on the future of the UK’s rail system led by Sir Roy McNulty.

Realising the Potential of GB Rail has been produced by the Rail Value for Money Study, commissioned by the Department for Transport (DfT) and Office of the Rail Regulator (ORR).
