PayByPhone is consolidating its footprint in the London commuter belt with long-term contracts with Aylesbury Vale District Council and St Albans City & District Council.

The cashless parking service is now available in 11 council operated pay-and-display car parks in Aylesbury, Buckingham, Wendover and Winslow.
