A planning application is to be submitted for a 1,000-space bus-based park-and-ride facility in the Aire Valley Leeds Enterprise Zone in the south-east of the city. The scheme is expected to cost £8m and will be fully funded from the West Yorkshire Plus Transport Fund. Leeds City Council and Aire Valley Land Ltd will make the planning application.
