Norfolk County Council is to put in place new arrangements for handling consultation responses after ‘losing’ submissions made by three of the fiercest critics of its plan for a Norwich Northern Distributor Road (NDR).
Norfolk consulted on the road plans last summer but a consultation report published in January omitted the submissions made by the Campaign to Protect Rural England, the Green Party and SNUB (Stop Norwich Urbanisation).
