Q-Park has created a customer service centre for UK and Ireland based in Leeds

Q-Park has established a local customer service centre for the British and Irish markets. The Dutch group had previously networked enquiries made using help-points within its car parks in the UK and Ireland to a central control room at Maastricht in the the Netherlands.

The move has been driven by the desire to offer even quicker support to Q-Park customers whilst giving the company a platform to continue the growth whilst opening new facilities across the region.
