The West of England Traffic Commissioner has criticised a bus operator for showing “utter contempt” to passengers and staff after ceasing services without any notice.
Nippy Bus, based in Martock, Somerset, ceased running nine services last October, without giving the traffic commissioner the required 56 days notice.
