One of Wales’ oldest bus operators, Express Motors, has been refused a new operating licence.
Express Motors lost its licence on 31 December (LTT05 Jan). Traffic commissioner Nick Jones allowed time for a new company to be formed, with different directors, but during that period wheels fell off an Express Motors bus while in service.
