Reading parking supervisor cancelled her own fines

A parking supervisor at Reading Borough Council who cancelled her own parking tickets over a three-year period has escaped a jail sentence. 

Melissa Holloway used her position as a Civil Enforcement Supervisor at the council to alter computer records to cancel the penalty charge notices (PCNs), as well as her partner’s.
