The Government was expected to present a parliamentary order to create two unitary authorities in the Dorset area as LTT closed for press. The structural change order will pave the way for a unitary covering Poole, Bournemouth and the Dorset district of Christchurch, and another unitary covering the remainder of Dorset (LTT 16 Feb).
