Crossrail backed despite delay – but opposition to HS2 remains strong

Despite recently-reported cost overruns and a delay in the scheme’s opening, most of the media is still supportive of the Crossrail project; the same cannot be said, however, for the planned HS2 rail network. Rik Thomas reports
