Transport for London and London Councils are waiting to hear the outcome of their bid for a slice of the DfT’s Major Road Network (MRN) grant.
The Department invited bids from England’s regions this summer for a share of the new National Roads Fund to deliver MRN improvement schemes. The DfT asked for no more than ten schemes for delivery between 2020/21 and 2024/25.
