Transport for Wales (TfW) is rolling out its ‘Fflecsi’ demand responsive transport services to more parts of the country.
Fflecsi are registered as flexible bus services. Users can pre-book Fflecsi journeys via an app or by calling a contact centre. Passengers are picked up and dropped off at agreed points within the service area and not just at fixed bus stops. Drivers are instructed to wait for two minutes if a passenger is not at a stop at the agreed time.
