Birmingham City Council is to trial crowdfunding of low-cost transport measures, including cycle parking and even car club vehicles.
Communities could be invited to help fund initiatives such as: cycling lessons for children; additional cycle parking; car clubs; improvements to local parks; and litter collection groups.
