The West Yorkshire Combined Authority has given more details of a new method for assessing the carbon impact of transport and other investments in the conurbation.
Consultant Mott MacDonald is developing the method, which should be applied in February and March to projects currently going through the WYCA’s assurance framework. The method could result in carbon mitigation measures being recommended.
