Cycling charity Cycling UK has applied for a judicial review of West Sussex County Council’s decision to remove cycle lanes from a road in Shoreham.
Conservative-controlled West Sussex introduced a temporary cycle lane on a 1.7-mile section of the Upper Shoreham Road last summer as part of a wider programme of schemes funded by the DfT’s Emergency Active Travel Fund.
