Electric vehicle owners have criticised the state of public charging infrastructure in England. A survey of more than 1,000 EV owners by the Electric Vehicle Association (EVA) England found the average satisfaction rating with public charging infrastructure was 2.16 out of 5.
The DfT has just completed a consultation on proposed reforms to improve the consumer experience at public electric vehicle chargepoints (LTT 05 Mar).
