Castle Street in Cardiff will reopen to general traffic in the autumn but with less capacity for cars than before the Covid-19 pandemic.

The street was a multi-lane east-west thoroughfare past the front of Cardiff Castle and forms part of the ‘bus box’, which routes buses anti-clockwise around the large pedestrianised shopping zone.
