Anne Shaw has been appointed interim managing director of Transport for West Midlands (TfWM). She was previously director of network resilience at TfWM for almost four years with responsibility for ensuring residents, businesses and visitors were informed of transport disruption and helping them plan journeys.
Shaw (pictured) takes over from Laura Shoaf, who was appointed interim chief executive of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) last month (LTT 28 June).
