The Scottish Government has awarded £210,000 to test ways of improving accessibility to electric vehicle (EV) chargepoints.
Four firms – Urban Foresight, Miralis Data, Arceptive and Comms365 – will work on solutions to tackle the problem of ‘bay hogging’ (or ‘ICEing’), whereby non-electric vehicles park in an EV charging bay.
