Volkswagen survey suggets half of motorists now open to buying an electric car

British people are more interested in driving electric cars than walking or cycling to improve air quality, according to new data from Volkswagen Financial Services UK (VWFS).

VWFS analysis reveals that 41% of the population believe greater accessibility to EVs is the best way to make transport greener in the UK.

The data was collected in March 2022 and comprises responses from 2,032 British respondents.
