Diversity & Inclusion Charter marks collective commitment to make workforce reflective of wider society and fill critical skills gaps

Major brands representing a fifth of Britain’s automotive manufacturing workforce pledge to shift the dial as Auto Council report highlights scale of the sector’s diversity challenge and calls for faster progress.
