Warrington Borough Council is to remove a trial Low Traffic Neighbourhood scheme which it says ‘has not been popular with many residents’, although it acknowledges the scheme has ‘largely had the impact it was meant to have’. The LTN was introduced in Westy, Latchford a year ago after concerns expressed in consultation on road safety, air pollution and the quality of streets.
