Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) is a joint committee of over 300 local authorities and charging authorities in England (outside London) and Wales that enforce traffic restrictions.

Each authority elects a representative councillor who is responsible for making decisions on behalf of their council. During 2023 more than 100 newly elected councillors joined the committee, which reflects the change in leadership across many local authorities.
