Volvo has built its last diesel cars. The firm’s plant in Ghent, Belgium, produced its last V60 and then the final XC90 diesel car rolled off the production line at the Volvo plant in Torslanda, Sweden.
The move is a big step towards the company’s ambitions of becoming a fully electric car maker.
