The Park Street car park managed by Cambridge City Council has become the first UK accessible parking facility to be awarded the Park Access EV award.
The accreditation recognises that the parking facilities have measures in place to ensure accessibility for users, including those needing electric vehicle charging.
The Park Street car and cycle park opened last November and has two accessible EV charging spaces among sixteen Blue Badge parking spaces.
