West of England Mayor Dan Norris has suspended plans to install 24-hour bus lanes on both sides of the A4 Keynsham bypass. The Labour Mayor’s decision appears to be linked to comments made by Helen Godwin, the Labour mayoral candidate who hopes to succeed him in May’s mayoral elections.
