Ashford car park to be replaced by flats

A disused multi-storey car park in Ashford will be demolished to make way for a block of flats.

Plans to convert the Church Road car park into 42 apartments and a commercial space in have been given the go-ahead by Spelthorne Borough Council.

The top floor of the car park shut in 2013 and the whole closed in June 2022 after reports of anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
