Cardiff Bus could be sued after the Office of Fair Trading ruled this week that it was guilty of predatory conduct to eliminate rival operator 2Travel between April 2004 and February 2005.
Bev Fowles, former 2Travel chief executive, told Transit he might take action to recover some of the £500,000 he lost when 2Travel went bankrupt. He also said 2Travel had been kept in liquidation pending the OFT’s ruling.
