Terry?Morgan, chief executive of Tube Lines, has been appointed the non-executive chairman of CrossRail, taking over from Douglas Oakervee in November next year.
Previously group managing director, operations, with BAE Systems, Morgan (pictured) has been with Tube Lines for seven years. Oakervee has been CrossRail’s chairman since 2006.
