Two Government bodies responsible for policing the bus industry do not fully understand each other’s roles, a traffic commissioner has suggested.
Nick Jones, traffic commissioner for Wales, made the comments at the end of prolonged investigations into the operations of Cardiff Bus by the Office of Fair Trading and successive traffic commissioners.
