The West Midlands conurbation authorities are preparing a business case for rolling out a second phase of Red Routes.
Red Route programme manager Rod Black told LTT that six of the conurbation’s seven districts had expressed interest in participating in Red Routes package two for which the Regional Funding allocation has earmarked £22m.
