The Netherlands has long held a well deserved reputation for the quality of its public transport system and members of BRTuk, the advocacy group for the promotion of Bus Rapid Transit in the United Kingdom, recently held a study tour of two of Holland’s most impressive BRT schemes: Eindhoven’s Phileas project and the Zuidtangent network to the south of Amsterdam.
