PM officially launches high speed domestic rail services between London and Kent

Gordon Brown has hailed the start of the UK’s first full domestic high speed rail services at St Pancras.

The prime minister was speaking at St Pancras International Station where the first weekday services of the full high speed train operation run by the Southeastern train company started on Monday.
