APCOA Parking has been appointed to manage car parking at a new Army & Navy development on the edge of Chelmsford town centre, Essex. Construction, on the site of a former pub started last year and will be completed in 2009.
In addition to the new car park, the development includes a hotel, a number of residential apartments and some 26,000ft² of retail and restaurant space.
