Plans for the refurbishment of Twickenham station could be affected by supplementary planning guidance that the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames is consulting on. The guidance could restrict the height of the buildings in the area to five storeys. Solum Regeneration (a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Property) wants to build 170 flats above the station and a mixed-use development that would help fund the refurbishment.
Client: Solum Regeneration. No costs are available.
