Amey, Arup, Atkins, Halcrow and Scott Wilson have been shortlisted for a new design contract by the Midlands Highway Alliance, a consortium of 13 local authorities.
The new contract will replace and expand the area covered by the Three Counties Alliance Partnership (3CAP) contract under which Scott Wilson provides highways design services to Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire county councils.
