A proposed new cycle and pedestrian bridge across the River Tay in Perth has won the backing of Perth and Kinross Council. The £2.6m project will be funded by £1.25m from Sustrans’ Connect2 Big Lottery grant and the remainder from TACTRAN, the Tayside and Central Scotland Transport Partnership.
