The Royal Borough of Kingston has criticised the mayor of London’s proposed Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) for Crossrail.
Boris Johnson began consulting last month on preliminary draft proposals for a CIL that aims to raise £300m for Crossrail. The levy will apply to almost all new building in the capital exceeding 100 square metres in size.
