T wo English councils, Herefordshire and Shropshire, have agreed a deal with Ludlow-based hydrogen fuel cell car manufacturer Riversimple to trial a fleet of 30 fuel cell cars in a year-long pilot scheme in 2012/2013. The agreement between the manufacturer and the councils is, Riversimple says, that the local authorities “will see them cooperate in finding both private citizens and organisations to test-drive the vehicles and locate and staff suitable refuelling points.” The...
