Problems hit launch of nationwide concessionary scheme in England

FREE NATIONWIDE off-peak concessionary bus travel across England was launched last week with claims from some of those entitled that they have still not received their pass.

Problems have been reported in Cheshire, East Anglia and Sussex  after Euclid, a Hampshire-based company which has produced many of the passes, had problems with a third party mailing company failing to distribute many of the passes on time.
